I completed my swash with mini swash board I received a few weeks ago and it does not work. Everything is where it should be with correct polarity, I've checked my wiring and my connections and it's all as the instructions say it should be. All connections are solid, the ics are in correctly, I've even checked to see if the ic leads were bent which they are not. NOTHING happens. Well, the led turns on, that's about it. I get a clean signal though when switched off, when switched on I don't get a single sound. I've twiddled the knobs every which way and checked the wiring about a thousand times. I just can't figure this one out. I've read in some past posts that I should be getting 9v at pin 8 and 0v at pin 4 of the ICs. I've tested this and found that there is no voltage at pin 8 of either IC. What would cause this? Perhaps someone has a photo of the bottom the pc board so I can trace the signal.
Fixed it. On the wiring diagram, the center lead of the low power pot connects to the center low power hole on the board. As far as I can tell, this really only powers the led. I had to bridge the center and right low power holes to get voltage to the rest of the board. The pedal works fine now and sounds how I believe it's supposed to. So is the wiring diagram erroneous or did I just make a lucky mistake?

so did you use a low power pot? if you don't use the pot, you need to jumper the board where the pot will go. the kit normally comes with low power, so it's normally not an issue. But it would make sense to make a note on the site...
had the same exact problem here. my friend finally finished his 1.3 swash kit and we were getting nothing. just LED. after reading this post we tried it and it worked.
following the wiring diagram for the 1.3, nothing worked. in looking at the circuit board here:

WhoopS! Found a mistake in the wiring diagram. The Low Power pot should go to the bottom right and center holes on the board.
I updated the PDF file, so it's correct now:
