I've been actively developing the Bend Matrix version 2!
Version 2 will have MIDI control, an 8-step sequencer/patch-storage, and more stuff...
It uses an AVR chip (right now it's the ATMEGA16, but I might use a smaller one once I'm done)
still based on a 4x4 matrix of buttons with a number of outputs to go to "glitch points" on your circuit bent toy...

I plan to put the schematic, diagrams, gerber files, and AVR code up on the commonsound site, and sell the PC boards and programmed chips...

OK! we got the pc boards and the panels in, and we wired the first two bend matrices up! It's amazing!!
I'm creatin a new forum, "Bend Matrix" for discussion/news. see ya there...
